ABOUT ME
Jaychele Nicole Schenck is a dynamic content strategist, cultural innovator, and Bentley University student pursuing dual B.S. degrees in Public Relations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As President and inaugural DEI Chair of Black United Body (BUB), she has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including Bentley’s first-ever Black Admitted Students Day and a mentorship program in partnership with the Celtics, leading to a 50% increase in Black student enrollment. She implemented BUB’s inaugural DEI policy and a two-year strategic plan, earning the organization the prestigious Equity & Inclusion Award for its impact on campus inclusivity.
With over five years of experience in PR, marketing, and DEI, Jaychele has worked with renowned brands and organizations. At Beekman 1802, she engaged over 2,000 ambassadors, managed creator campaigns, and drove a 264% growth in community members. At The Dime Agency, she collaborated with high-profile influencers like Shareef and Shaqir O’Neal, securing partnerships with Adidas and Puma. At Platinum Entertainment Group, she crafted social media strategies for artists like NLE Choppa and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, driving event visibility and engagement.
As co-founder of Gen Z: We Want to Live, Jaychele led historic protests and co-produced the documentary Wrestling with Whiteness, which highlighted the experiences of Black individuals in wrestling. She also authored the Music Diversity Brand Kit, offering guidance on incorporating DE&I strategies into artist branding and influencer marketing.
As a passionate advocate for representation and inclusion, Jaychele strives to amplify the voices of marginalized communities across media, entertainment, and creative spaces. Her vision is to continue breaking barriers and redefining cultural narratives as a future leader in the industry.
