ABOUT Jaychele

Jaychele Nicole is the Founder and Chief Strategist, Brand & Culture, of Culture Shift Consulting, a forward-thinking consultancy that empowers individuals and brands to make a lasting cultural impact. A passionate advocate for authentic representation, Jaychele brings a unique blend of strategic communication expertise, a deep understanding of cultural nuances, and experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion to the world of PR and marketing. She is currently pursuing dual B.S. degrees in Public Relations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a minor in Marketing, at Bentley University, further fueling her passion for creating a more inclusive media landscape.

While at Bentley, Jaychele has spearheaded impactful initiatives, including the university's first-ever Black Admitted Students Day and a mentorship program in partnership with the Boston Celtics. As President of the Black United Body (BUB), she established the organization's first strategic plan focused on representation, leading to a 50% increase in Black student enrollment and a more inclusive campus environment. She also serves as the VP of Inclusion & Belonging and Co-Production Chair for the Campus Activities Board, where she curates high-impact events for over 4,000 students, managing a $200k+ budget and securing diverse talent like Tyla, Shenseea, Lil Tecca, Cordae, and Chico Bean.

With over five years of experience in PR, marketing, and brand strategy, Jaychele has collaborated with renowned brands like Extreme Networks, Beekman 1802, Essentials, Adidas, Puma, Fear of God, and PacSun. At The Dime Agency, she strategized brand outreach and partnership opportunities for large-scale influencers and athletes, including Shareef O'Neal, Shaqir O'Neal, Choyce Brown, and India Love. She has also developed social media strategies for major recording artists at Platinum Entertainment Group, including NLE Choppa, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Fivio Foreign, 41 (Kyle Richh, Jenn Carter, Tata), and Mariah The Scientist, demonstrating her ability to connect with audiences and drive engagement in the entertainment industry.

As co-founder of Gen Z: We Want to Live, Jaychele amplified underrepresented voices through impactful initiatives, including co-producing the documentary Wrestling with Whiteness, which focused on the experiences of Black individuals in the wrestling community. 

Jaychele's vision is to help shape a more inclusive and representative media landscape, particularly within the entertainment industry. At Culture Shift Consulting, she brings her expertise, energy, and "kiss of culture" to every project, helping clients create a true cultural shift. Her long-term goal is to become a Chief Representation Officer, leading the way in fostering authentic representation and amplifying diverse voices across all platforms.
